TRUSTS & ESTATE PLANNING
We act for and advise clients in respect of family, charitable, and private trusts. We regularly work with clients to create durable trust structures that protect personal assets from business and creditor risk and relationship property claims.
We advise on the proper administration of trusts and the exercise of trustees’ duties. Our services to clients also include the preparation of wills and enduring powers of attorney, estate planning and administration, relationship property agreements, and acting as independent trustees.
The firm has a long history of acting for and advising trustees of charitable trusts. This includes creating charitable trusts, having charitable purposes approved by the High Court, assisting with registration under the Charities Act 2005, and advising on proper trust administration.
